In Oxford we are privileged to have with us Elisabeth Walker, who has been teaching the Alexander
Technique all her adult life having been trained by F.M. Alexander himself.
"Forward and Away" is a memoir of her life; a life spent teaching the Alexander Technique, travelling the world and raising a family.
Now in her nineties, Elisabeth is still actively pursuing the first two.
