Free Alexander Technique lessons

The Oxford Alexander Training school is based in Headington and runs on weekday mornings during term times. On these mornings, with the exception of Tuesdays, members of the public can have free weekly lessons. These will be given by a third year student teacher under the supervision of the school's director, Stephen Cooper.
