Helen May
I am a qualified Alexander teacher and a Member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (MSTAT), based in Kennington, Oxford. I also teach at the Oxford School of Drama and at the Arts Ed School in London.
Having worked as a Stage Manager at the National Theatre, I returned to education to do a PGCE. Since then I have been working in business coaching, adult training and development.
I offer individual and small group lessons as well as introductory workshops for larger groups.
Over the last 10 years, the Alexander Technique has helped me to successfully manage recurrent back pain and continue to indulge my passion for gardening. I am inspired by the way the Alexander Technique teaches effective skills which can be applied to all aspects of our lives. After all, you are unique and together we will work with what is relevant for you.
