Things happen without you trying. They get to be light and relaxed. You must get an Alexander teacher to show it to you.

Alexander Technique teachers in the UK

In the UK the best way to find a teacher is via the STAT web site register. Here you can search for a teacher by geographical location.

The Alexander Technique originated in Australia and then spread through the UK and USA and is now available throughout the world. Many countries now have AT Societies affiliated with STAT. Again, the STAT web site is the best place to start.
