Yoana Browning
Yoana became interested in the Alexander Technique
while studying voice and movement when she recognised how the many
tensions we hold in our body restrict our freedom of movement and vocal
expression.
She undertook the three year Alexander Teacher Training course in Oxford
and during training she also became interested in how the application of
the technique for people with arthritis might reduce their level of pain
and help reduce the onset of the condition.
Yoana teaches from her small studio in Headington, Oxford.
